A mixed-media textile work that explores a lush vibrant midsummer garden of blooming wildflowers, and tiny beaded bees humming around.  Rendered in silk ribbon embroidery, rises organically from a softly painted sky and earth background painted on fabric, with delicate accents of watercolor pencil and oil pastel enhancing the ribbon’s texture and tonal depth to create an immersive, pleasurable, and emotionally striking atmosphere.
